The Esy-Tow ™ Sport X Rally suspensions the next most obvious step in the development of our wishbone system. It is engineered from high grade superior seamless steel, used in race car applications. It is larger and uses round tubes rather than squares. It includes spherical bearings that are adjustable and are the same automotive parts used in commercial trucks. All these features bring greater strength and confidence to the system.

Our new CONSTRUCTION Method
Our construction brings new and improved functionality and superior ‘strength to weight ratio’, making it the clear choice for our construction method. This construction is not new to you, however, we are now far better at managing the process and in relation to product, have been able to greatly improve the engineering by the use of a fully rolled aluminium section on the roof fixing.

Less Joints, Less Expansion, Less Risk The seamless, one-piece design means no plastic moulding, less joints and less expansion, while reducing the opportunity of water ingress.

The new, seamless construction gives the van a clean, modern look, setting the benchmark on design in the caravan industry.

High Tensile Engineered Chassis

The new chassis is a whopping 130kgs lighter than a traditional box tube chassis. It is manufactured from 550 grade steel, typically used in high-end engineering applications such as the chassis on modern commercial trucks.

It is built using laser cut technology and required very little welding. All the fixings are of industrial automotive grade. This chassis is incredibly strong, while delivering a lower weight.

2023 On The Move Adventure 6.9F Full Off-Road Bunk Caravan

The Adventure series are full off-road caravans with wishbone suspension and air bags, built on a 550 grade c-section steel chassis, folded and laser cut, using industrial Huck Rivets rather than welding.

The construction is a one piece roof, from A-Frame to rear bumper that is 55mm thick and fully insulated with injected foam. 1 piece walls 30mm thick, and a one piece honeycomb floor, all held together with our unique aluminium extrusions, creating a significantly stronger box build, with excellent temperature control thanks to the insulation, and a greatly reduced chance of water ingress.

This caravan comes with all the luxuries you would expect in a modern off-road caravan.
